We are based in Finglas, Dublin, and currently offer delivery throughout Dublin. Please review the details below to understand how and where we deliver.

 

2. Delivery Area

 

We provide delivery across all of Dublin.

 

Our free delivery offer applies only to the following local areas within approximately a 5km radius of our store:

  • Finglas
  • Blanchardstown
  • Cabra
  • Ballymun

 

Orders outside of these local areas will incur a delivery charge. If you are unsure about your location or delivery cost, please contact us before placing your order.

 

3. Delivery Fees

 

Standard delivery (within Dublin): €9.99 or higher depending on distance
Free delivery on orders over €99.99 (Finglas, Blanchardstown, Cabra, and Ballymun only)

 

4. Special Item Delivery

 

Certain items are not included in our standard delivery service:

 

  • Doors: Delivery starts from €50
  • Large/heavy items (e.g. ton bags, cement blocks): Delivered via third-party courier at an additional cost

 

For these items, we strongly recommend contacting the store before placing your order to confirm delivery arrangements and pricing.

 

5. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery typically occurs the next working day after processing
  • Same-day delivery may be possible in some cases, but is not guaranteed

6. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only
  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays

 

7. Tracking

 

We do not currently provide tracking for deliveries. If you need an update on your order, please contact us directly.

 

8. Missed or Failed Deliveries

 

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, redelivery may incur an additional charge.

 

9. Delays

 

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to high demand, traffic, weather conditions, or courier issues (for large items). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
